Community support is free and open to everyone: comprehensive documentation, setup guides, troubleshooting resources, and an active community forum where merchants and developers help each other. For direct assistance with defined response times, Pro and Enterprise licence keys include priority email support.
更新和安全性方面呢？
All security and feature updates are free for everyone — Spwig is AGPL-3.0-or-later. Updates are delivered via Docker, so applying them is a single, tested package rather than the fifteen-plugin dance you get on WooCommerce. Pro and Enterprise licence keys don't change the update cadence; they add hosted services (hosted email, higher hosted-service rate limits) on top.
我需要付費購買支援服務嗎？
No — paid support is optional. Spwig itself is free (AGPL-3.0), the source is on GitHub, and community support is free via the forum and GitHub Discussions. If you want defined response times and priority bug fixes, Pro and Enterprise licence keys include priority email support.
我還能使用現有的支付處理商/物流帳戶嗎？

Spwig is now released as free and open-source software under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence. There is no launch offer to lock in — the Community edition is free forever and includes POS. Paid Pro and Enterprise editions unlock hosted email deliverability, higher hosted-service rate limits, priority support, and Enterprise SSO; hosted subscriptions handle infrastructure for you.
