次級處理商

此頁列出 Spwig 授權代表商家處理個人資料的次級處理商，如數據處理協議（DPA）所述。Spwig 在次級處理商變更時會更新此清單，並在聘請新次級處理商前至少提前 30 天通知。
授權次級處理商
截至 2026 年 3 月 25 日，以下次級處理商已獲授權：

自托管服務次級處理商
對於自托管安裝，Spwig 運營的服務（GeoIP、Geocoder、Push、SSO、Update Server）運行在上述次級處理商提供的基礎設施上（主要是 Akamai/Linode）。自托管服務互動中不會使用其他次級處理商。
商家選擇的提供商
付款提供商、運輸提供商、翻譯提供商、電子郵件提供商及其他第三方整合，由商家在其自己的商店中選擇和配置，這些不是 Spwig 的次級處理商。商家直接與這些提供商簽訂合同。
次級處理商的變更
在聘請新次級處理商之前，Spwig 將：
- 至少在新次級處理商開始處理個人資料前 30 天，通過電子郵件通知商家。
- 提供新次級處理商的名稱、所在地和處理活動的說明。
- 允許商家在數據保護方面提出合理且有文檔支持的異議，期限為 14 天。
