- SECURITY: recipient phone numbers are masked in logs instead of logged in full (PII).
- SECURITY: media_url and status_callback are only forwarded to Twilio when they are https URLs, preventing an attacker-supplied URL from being fetched/called by Twilio (SSRF/callback abuse).
- normalize_phone now validates the result is a plausible E.164 number and rejects malformed input (e.g. '+', '++1', wrong length) instead of attempting a send to an invalid destination.
