Accept card-present payments using Square Terminal readers via cloud API. Push payments to Square hardware from your POS.

- SECURITY: Terminal checkout idempotency_key is now derived from an explicit per-attempt id (idempotency_key/payment_attempt_id) when supplied instead of a fresh UUID every call, so a retried/timed-out request de-dups instead of pushing a second checkout to the reader (double charge). Falls back to a UUID only when no id is given.
- Refund success and status now reflect the real Square refund status (COMPLETED/PENDING vs REJECTED/FAILED) instead of hardcoding 'refunded'.
- Amounts convert with the currency exponent (zero-decimal currencies like JPY handled) and ROUND_HALF_UP instead of int(amount*100), fixing truncation and wrong-unit amounts on checkout, status and refund.
