About this component

FedEx shipping integration with rate quotes, label generation, and tracking via FedEx Web Services API

Versions

v1.2.0
2026-08-01

- SECURITY: the label-purchase POST is no longer auto-retried, preventing duplicate billable shipments; a deterministic customer reference is set from the platform shipment id.
- SECURITY: full request/response payloads (customer PII, account numbers, base64 label binaries) are no longer logged.
- Purchased-label cost is parsed from the ship response (with a cost_unconfirmed flag), not the rate quote.

★★★☆☆ Works well domestically, international needs work — Desert Sun Pottery · verified purchase · 2026-02-11
For US domestic shipping the rates and label generation are spot on. However we ship to Canada and Mexico frequently and the international duties and tax estimation could be more accurate. The customs form generation works but requires some manual fields that could be automated.
★★★★☆ Reliable rates, easy configuration — Brooklyn Candle Studio · verified purchase · 2026-02-11
Real-time rate calculation works well for our US domestic shipments. Label generation is smooth. Took a bit of time to get the FedEx developer credentials sorted but once configured everything just works. Tracking updates come through reliably.
