Secure license management with node-locked and floating licenses, offline activation, and comprehensive device management.

- SECURITY: license validation now rejects expired licences (expiry was previously ignored) as well as revoked/suspended/disabled ones.
- SECURITY: activation/suspension/revocation only report success when the provider confirms the state; activation never fabricates an activation id from the device fingerprint.
- SECURITY: license keys and device fingerprints are masked in logs.
